If Managed DKIM Is Active on My Root Domain, How Should I Handle the DKIM Records of the Subdomains?
If you’ve activated the Managed DKIM solution for your root domain (e.g., example.com), you’ll only be able to manage the DKIM record for that root domain. This means that DKIM records for any subdomains (e.g., sub1.example.com, sub2.example.com) will not be managed through the same Managed DKIM setup.
In such cases, all DKIM records (whether TXT or CNAME) for the subdomains must be created and managed manually from the DNS zone of the domain.
