I want to change my email address

If you wish to change the email address associated with your current EasyDMARC account and you still have access to that account, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Invite the new email address you want to use to your organization as an admin. You can do this by following the steps outlined in this article on how to invite a user into your organization.

Step 2:

Once the user with the new email address has been invited to your organization, transfer the organization ownership from your current account to the new email address. You can follow the steps detailed in this article to make this change.

If you no longer have access to the email address that owns the organization, please contact our support team at support@easydmarc.com, and we will assist you with making this change from our backend.
