Hubspot integration setup guide

HubSpot is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform with integrated marketing, sales, and service tools, including email marketing, automation workflows, and landing pages, used by businesses to manage the full customer journey in one place.

To integrate HubSpot with EasyDMARC, please check the steps below:

Before you begin, ensure you have:
- A HubSpot account with a Marketing Hub subscription (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).
- Super Admin permissions or App Marketplace Access in your HubSpot portal (required to install integrations).
- An Email Sending Domain already connected in HubSpot (Settings > Website > Domains & URLs).

Step 1: Connect Your Account
1. Log in to your EasyDMARC Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
3. Locate the HubSpot card and click Connect.
4. You will be redirected to HubSpot. Log in if prompted and select the HubSpot account you wish to connect to.
5. Review the requested permissions (Access to Contacts, Content, and Domains) and click Connect App.
6. You will be redirected back to EasyDMARC upon success.

Step 2: Select Domains to Track
After connecting, EasyDMARC will scan your HubSpot account for active Email Sending Domains.
1. In the EasyDMARC integration settings, you will see a list of detected domains.
2. Check the boxes next to the domains you want to display in your dashboard.
   a. Note: If you do not see a domain listed, ensure it is fully verified in your HubSpot Domain Settings.
3. Click Save & Start Sync.

Step 3: Viewing Your Data
Once the sync begins, data may take up to 15 minutes to appear initially.
1. Dashboard View: Go to your main Dashboard. You will now see HubSpot listed alongside your other providers.
2. Mailbox Drill-down: Click on any HubSpot domain name (e.g., example.com) to expand the view. You will see a breakdown of performance by mailbox (e.g., newsletter@example.com, sales@example.com), allowing you to isolate which internal teams are driving performance.
