We have implemented a new and more secure process for termination of your account in EasyDMARC. Please follow the below steps if you wish to have your account terminated.
Important: If you are an Owner of the organisation and you have a few other Users under your Organisation, consider transferring the ownership to another User before terminating your account. That way all the data for your domains will remain intact and be still accessible from our Dashboard.
1. Go to your Personal Settings → Terminate Account section.
3. Once you request the termination, the process may take up to 72 hours to be completed. You can also cancel the termination request by clicking on the appropriate option under the Terminate account section of Personal Settings.
