Step 1: Log in to your Omnisend portal.
Step 2: Go to Store Settings, then click Email in the left sidebar. From there, click on Add sender domain to add your domain.
Step 3: After adding your domain, Omnisend will provide you with the necessary SPF and DKIM records.
Step 4: Copy the provided SPF and DKIM records and add them to your DNS (we are using Cloudflare as an example), then save the records.
Note: If you already have an existing SPF record for your domain then you should update your existing SPF record with this include mechanism include:mailgun.org, like the one below:
v=spf1 include:mail.zendesk.com include:_spf.google.com include:mailgun.org ~all
If you do not have an existing SPF record, then you should publish the TXT record that Omnisend provides you. See the screenshot below:
Important: Make sure to have only one SPF record for your domain, otherwise SPF will return a PermError.
Step 5: Allow some time for the records to propagate. Once they have propagated successfully, Omnisend will validate the records for your added domain, and you will see them as verified.
