How to Invite a user

How to invite or provide access to your colleagues or customers to your organisation

We have implemented an improved user invitation flow to better reflect all the levels of access that are available in EasyDMARC. If you want to have full control over resources your invited users have access to, simply follow the below steps:


1. From the new Profile menu select Users under Organisation Settings


2. You will be presented with a new User Management page that allows you to perform different actions for selected users, such as manage their access or revoke access to your Organisation. From here you can also invite new users and set their roles. Click on Invite new users:


3. A new modal window will appear where you can:
    1. Provide email addresses of all the users you want to invite to your Organisation.
    2. Choose the access level, should it be Organisation level? Product level? Or perhaps Domain group or just the domain level? 
    3. Select the role for all Users, depending on the level it can be Admin or Editor.


4. Once you make your selections and click Send invite, all users will receive a dedicated email with a notification about their new role and a link to access your Organisation.
