How to Access Your Bills and Invoices

Keeping track of your bills and invoices is crucial for managing your account and ensuring that all payments are up to date. This guide will walk you through the steps to access and review your billing information.

Note: Only organization owners have access to the Bills and Invoices section.

Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Your Billing Information:

  1. Log into Your Account
  • Start by logging into your account using your credentials.
 2.    Access the User Menu
  • Click the User icon located at the top right corner of the dashboard. This will open a dropdown menu with various profile-related options.

3.     Navigate to Your Profile.
  • From the dropdown menu, click on “Profile” to access your account settings.

 

4.     From The left side panel, Navigate to Plans and Billing:
  • On the left-hand side panel of your Profile page, find and select “Plans and Billing”. This section contains all billing-related information.

5.    Review your Billing Details

Here, you will be able to:

  • View your current subscription plan, including renewal dates.
  • Check your payment information and update it if needed.
  • Access and download your invoices for past transactions.

Additional Tips:

  • Download Invoices: To keep a record, you can download any of your invoices in PDF format for accounting or tax purposes.
  • Update Payment Details: If your payment method changes, ensure you update it promptly to avoid interruptions to your subscription.
  • Subscription Renewal: Review your subscription details regularly to stay informed of your renewal dates and any upcoming charges.
