How do I transfer my sending domain to another existing account?
Transferring a domain from one EasyDMARC account to another is simple and easy to follow. Below are the steps to complete the transfer:
Step 1. Log in to the account where the domain is currently added.
Step 2. Navigate to the “Domains and Groups" section from the left sidebar.
Step 3. Click on the three horizontal dots (⋮) next to the domain.
Step 4. Select “Delete” at the bottom of the dropdown menu to remove the domain from this account.
Step 5. Log in to the account where you want to transfer the domain.
Step 6. Add the domain to the new account. You can do this from either the Dashboard or the Domains and Groups section by clicking the “Add Domain" button in the upper-right corner.
Once these steps are completed, the domain will be successfully transferred to the new account.
Important note: Rest assured that all existing data and settings for the domain will remain intact during the transfer.
If you want to combine two EasyDMARC accounts and have all domains under a single account, simply follow the same transfer process for each domain to consolidate them.
