How do I transfer my sending domain to another existing account?
The process of transferring a domain from one account to another is simple and easy to follow. Below are the steps required to complete the transfer:
Step 1. Access to the account to which the domain was initially added.
Step 2. Navigate to the “Domain management” section in “Settings” from the left sidebar.
Step 3. Click on the three horizontal dots next to the domain.
Step 4. Select the “Delete” option.
Step 5. Once the domain is removed from the account where it was initially added, you need to log into the account where you want to add the domain.
Step 6. Adding a domain is a functionality that is included in a couple of sections in the EasyDMARC platform. You can navigate to either the “Dashboard”, “All domains” or “Domain Management” sections and click on the “Add domain” button which you’ll find in the upper right corner of those sections.
