HighLevel Integration Setup Guide

HighLevel is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform built for agencies, combining CRM, email and SMS marketing, funnel building, and client management tools, often used to run multiple client sub-accounts from a single dashboard.

To integrate HighLevel with EasyDMARC, please check the steps below:

HighLevel uses OAuth, so connecting is a quick authorize-and-allow flow — no API keys to copy. If you run an agency, you can authorize multiple sub-accounts at once.

Prerequisites:
- You are an Agency Admin or have Admin access to the HighLevel sub-account(s) you want to track.
- The sub-account uses LC Email with at least one verified sending domain (or has sent email recently).

Step 1 — Initiate Connection
1. Log in to EasyDMARC and go to Integrations.
2. Find the HighLevel card and click Connect.

Step 2 — Authorize (OAuth)
1. You'll be redirected to HighLevel. Sign in if prompted.
2. On the permissions screen, choose the sub-account(s) / Location(s) you want EasyDMARC to access.
3. Review the read-only permissions and click Allow / Authorize. You'll be redirected back to EasyDMARC.

Step 3 — Select Domains
1. EasyDMARC scans each authorized sub-account for active sending domains and lists them.
2. Check the domains you want to track.
   - If you just configured a new domain, it may not appear yet — use Add Manually and type the domain name.
   - If you see a shared/system sending domain, select it to monitor your shared-infrastructure reputation.

Step 4 — Finish
1. Click Finish Setup.
2. EasyDMARC begins a historical sync. Your HighLevel data will appear on the Dashboard under the HighLevel filter, filterable by sub-account and domain.
