GradientMSP Integration
Introduction
Connecting your EasyDMARC MSP account to the GradientMSP platform automates your monthly billing reconciliation. This integration syncs your domain usage counts for each customer directly to Gradient, ensuring you can bill accurately and efficiently with just a few clicks.
This guide will walk you through the two simple steps required to set up the connection.
Step 1: Generate Your EasyDMARC API Key
You must first generate a unique API ClientID and Secret from your EasyDMARC portal. This key will be used to authorize GradientMSP to access your account and usage data. In addition you will need your Organisation ID. You can find it in the Organisations page in the EasyDMARC Dashboard.
1. Log in to your EasyDMARC dashboard with your administrative credentials.
2. Navigate to the Public API section, located at: https://account-console.easydmarc.com/public-api
3. Click the Generate Key button.
4. Enter a descriptive name for the keys (e.g., "GradientMSP Integration") and click Generate.
5. Your new ClientID and Secret ID will be displayed and you Copy both values.
Step 2: Connect and Map Accounts in GradientMSP
Now, you will use the API keys you just generated to establish the connection within your GradientMSP account.
1. Log in to your GradientMSP Synthesize account.
2. Navigate to the Integrations tab and find the EasyDMARC integration card.
3. Click Connect and paste the API keys and your Organisation ID you copied from the EasyDMARC dashboard into the authentication field.
4. Once the connection is authenticated, GradientMSP will retrieve your data.
5. You will then be prompted to map your customer accounts. This crucial step involves linking your EasyDMARC "Domain Groups" to the corresponding "Company" records from your PSA.
After you have mapped your accounts and services within Gradient, the setup is complete. Gradient will then handle the daily synchronization of your domain counts for automated billing reconciliation.
