Google Workspace integration guide

Google Workspace is Google's suite of business productivity and collaboration tools, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Admin Console-managed directory services, used by organizations to manage email, user accounts, and company-wide security policies.

To integrate Google Workspace with EasyDMARC, please check the steps below:

1. Administrative Access:
Log in to your Google Admin Console (admin.google.com) using a Super Administrator account.

2. API Controls:
Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls.

3. App Authorization:
Click on Manage Third-Party App Access and select Configure new app.

4. Identity Verification:
Choose OAuth App Name or Client ID and enter the unique Client ID provided in your EasyDMARC integration dashboard.

5. Access Level:
Select the app from the search results, define the scope (e.g., specific Organizational Units or the whole domain), and set the access to Trusted.

6. Confirm Scopes:
Review the requested permissions—typically including gmail.send, contacts.readonly, and admin.reports.audit.readonly—and click Finish.

7. Service Connection:
Return to EasyDMARC and click Verify Connection to initialize the first synchronization of your directory and contacts.
