Understanding Engagement
This section applies to integrated Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Amazon SES, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and others. It provides a centralized view of engagement and deliverability metrics across all connected ESPs, enabling consistent analysis in one place.

Within this section, you can review the following reports and metrics:
- Sender Performance Summary
Provides an overall snapshot of key performance indicators, including delivery, engagement, and bounce activity. - Bounces
Displays the number and type of delivery failures, including hard and soft bounces, to help identify deliverability issues. - Open Rate
Shows the percentage of delivered emails that were opened, helping measure recipient engagement. - Click Rate
Indicates the percentage of delivered emails that received at least one tracked link click. - Metric Trends by Sending Domain and Email
Visualizes performance trends over time based on sending domain or individual email address. - Detailed Metrics by Sending Emails
Breaks down performance data for each individual email sent, allowing deeper analysis of campaign effectiveness. - Detailed Metrics by Mailbox Providers and Recipient Domains
Provides segmentation by mailbox provider and recipient domain to identify deliverability or engagement variations. - Metric Trends by Mailbox Provider or Recipient Domain
Tracks performance over time for specific providers or domains to detect spikes, drops, or patterns. - Top Recipient Domains Breakdown
Highlights the highest-volume recipient domains based on the selected metric for targeted analysis.
