MailGun Integration

The Mailgun Integration allows you to connect your Mailgun account to EasySender and monitor your email activity and deliverability performance in one place.

Once connected, EasySender retrieves domain-level data from Mailgun and presents it in a structured dashboard. This helps you track performance, manage your sending domains, and identify potential deliverability issues.

With this integration, you can:

  • Track your Mailgun email sending performance
  • Monitor key deliverability metrics
  • Analyze activity across your domains
  • Manage connected sending domains
  • Identify and address potential issues

1. Accessing the Mailgun Module

  1. Log in to EasySender
  2. Navigate to Admin Console > Integrations
  3. Locate the Mailgun module under the ESP section
  4. Click Connect

2.Creating a New Connection

To connect your Mailgun account, you’ll need to provide your Mailgun credentials.

Click Add Connection (or Connect) to open the setup panel.

Required Fields

Connection Name
Enter a name to help you identify this connection (e.g., “Transactional Mailgun” or “Main Account”).

API Key
Paste your Mailgun API key. This is used to securely access your account data.

HTTP Webhook Signing Key
Paste your webhook signing key. This is used to verify that incoming webhook events are securely sent from Mailgun. 


3.Credentials Validation

After clicking Next, EasySender will verify your API key.

  • If valid: The connection is created, and you can proceed to domain selection
  • If invalid: An error message will appear. Double-check your credentials and try again

4.Domain Selection

Once your credentials are verified, you’ll be prompted to select the domains you want to connect.

Domain List

EasySender retrieves the list of domains available in your Mailgun account.

  • Select one or more domains
  • You can also use the Select All option

No Domains Available

If no domains are found, a message will indicate that no domains are available.
In this case, ensure your domains are properly set up in your Mailgun account.

Finalizing the Connection

After selecting at least one domain, click Connect to complete the setup.

EasySender will:

  • Save your Mailgun connection
  • Add the selected domains for monitoring
  • Redirect you back to the Connections overview
