Analyzing Amazon SES Integration Data in EasySender

Integrating an Amazon SES account with EasySender provides a centralized and visual way to monitor email performance across both real-time and historical datasets. By consolidating key deliverability and engagement metrics into a single dashboard, teams can more effectively identify trends, detect issues early, and respond before sender reputation or recipient engagement is impacted.

A comprehensive sender performance overview allows visibility into total email volume, delivery success rates, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, complaints, and bounce activity. Presenting these metrics together, along with comparative trends over custom time ranges, makes it easier to evaluate sending behavior and overall campaign health.

Interactive trend visualizations further support performance analysis by highlighting daily and weekly changes across domains or mailbox providers. This makes it possible to recognize emerging deliverability concerns, seasonal patterns, or provider-specific anomalies at an early stage.

Recipient-level insights add another layer of visibility by showing how different mailbox providers and recipient domains process incoming mail. This helps pinpoint where inbox placement or engagement issues are concentrated and supports more targeted optimization efforts.

Detailed bounce analysis complements this by organizing failed deliveries into categorized bounce reasons, supported by exportable logs for deeper technical review. Having access to structured bounce data simplifies root-cause investigation and helps teams address recurring sending issues more efficiently.

Let’s dive into each section to understand it further.

After the integration is completed, and data is received, the first thing you’ll notice will be your:

1- Connection/Region

2- Domains

3- Emails

4- Date Range

This is a very important information, as you will have the option to view each region/connection you use in Amazon SES, along with your domains and email addresses. Everything is based on your selection, so you can choose exactly what you would like to review. In addition, you will also have the option to select a date range so you can analyze the data for your preferred time period.
