If you've exceeded your email volume quota, rest assured — if your domain is verified in EasyDMARC, we continue to receive and store all DMARC reports for your outgoing email activity in our backend.
While your dashboard visibility may be temporarily restricted due to reaching the limit, as long as your domain is verified (meaning our RUA and RUF addresses are present in your DMARC record), reporting will continue to function as expected.
No data is lost during this period. Once you upgrade your plan, all historical data collected while over quota will become fully visible and accessible, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted experience.
