What does the "Pending Failure Reports " mean in the Failure Reports page ?
When adding your domain to EasyDMARC and verifying it with EasyDMARC’s RUA and RUF addresses in the domain’s DMARC record, you might notice a message “Pending Failure Reports” in the “Failure reports” section:
Please note also that it’s expected to receive DMARC Failure reports infrequently, unlike the DMARC Aggregate reports that are sent out each 24 hours. The reason for is that the DMARC Failure reports are not as widely supported by many DMARC reporting servers because they contain sensitive information, such as the “To” address, the “From” address and the Subject line of the email.
Rest assured that there is no need for concerns and no more actions are required on your side. Whenever any DMARC Failure reports are provided for your domain, the “Pending Failure Reports” will disappear and you’ll see the Failure reports displayed in the dashboard.
In case you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to EasyDMARC technical support.
