Where can I find my open/closed tickets ?

You can view all your open and closed support tickets through the Ticket Portal available in your EasyDMARC dashboard.

Steps:

1. From your EasyDMARC dashboard, navigate to HelpOpen Support Ticket from the top-right section of the page.2 (2)

2. You will be redirected to the support page where you can submit a ticket. From the top-right section of the page, click on Ticket Portal.

3. If this is your first time accessing the Ticket Portal, you will be redirected to a Sign In page.

You will see two sign-in options that allow you to access the portal for the first time.

Important: This sign-in process is only required once. After signing in for the first time, you will be able to access the Ticket Portal directly in the future without signing in again.

4. Once you enter the Ticket Portal, you will be able to view all your open and closed tickets, including their Ticket ID, subject, creation date, and other relevant details for each ticket you have submitted.
