How EasySPF Automatically Updates the SPF Record

EasySPF employs a Dynamic Flattening and Monitoring Engine to ensure your SPF records are always accurate without requiring manual intervention.
Here is the step-by-step logic of how the system maintains your SPF record managed via EasySPF.

Instead of relying on the static values often found in standard SPF include statements, EasySPF’s backend monitors the underlying infrastructure of your authorized senders (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Salesforce). The engine performs high-frequency DNS lookups—typically every to detect any changes in the IP ranges provided by these services.

When a source rotates an IP address or adds a new CIDR block, our engine identifies the difference between the cached record and the new data.

Once a change is detected, EasySPF automatically updates the flattened record. Because your domain points to an EasySPF, these updates are reflected immediately and visible to the external servers, ensuring your record is up to date and reducing the risk of SPF failures.
