Google Postmaster Integration Guide
The Google Postmaster Integration allows you to connect your Google Postmaster Tools account to EasySender and monitor Gmail deliverability and reputation metrics in one place.
Once connected, EasySender retrieves reputation insights for your domains and presents them in a structured dashboard. This helps you track domain reputation, monitor performance, and identify potential deliverability issues.
Prerequisites
Before connecting Google Postmaster Tools, make sure:
- You have access to a Google account with Google Postmaster Tools enabled
- Your sending domains are added and verified in Google Postmaster Tools
- You have owner or administrative access to that account
If your domains are not yet set up, you’ll need to add and verify them in Google Postmaster Tools first: https://postmaster.google.com/
1. Accessing the Google Postmaster Module
- Log in to EasySender
- Navigate to Admin Console > Integrations
- Locate Google Postmaster under the Reputation Intelligence section
- Click Connect
You will be redirected to the Google sign-in page.
2. Connecting Your Google Account
On the Google sign-in page:
- Select the Google account associated with your Postmaster Tools
- Or click Use another account to sign in with a different one
Make sure you use the account that manages your Postmaster domains.
3. Granting Permissions
After signing in, Google will ask you to authorize access.
This allows EasySender to:
- View domains registered in Google Postmaster Tools
- Retrieve Gmail reputation and traffic metrics
- Access deliverability statistics
Click Allow to continue.
4. Domain Selection
After authorization, you’ll be redirected back to EasySender and prompted to select domains.
Domain List
- Select one or more domains from the list
- Only selected domains will be connected
Click Connect to proceed.
5. Managing Connected Domains
Once connected, the integration page will display your Google Postmaster account.
You’ll be able to see:
- Connected account
- Number of domains
- Connection date
You can open the account to view domain-level details, including:
- Domain name
- Status
- Connection date
Adding Domains
If you add new domains in Google Postmaster Tools, you can connect them at any time:

- Type DELETE to confirm
This will remove the account and all associated domains from EasySender.

- Complete the Google authentication flow again
- Re-authorize access
