Steps to Take in EasyDMARC When the SSO SAML Certificate Expires in Azure

If the SAML SSO certificate in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure) has expired and has been renewed on the Azure side, additional steps are required in EasyDMARC to restore the SSO connection.

Because the EasyDMARC application is linked to your Azure SSO configuration, you must remove the existing SSO configuration in EasyDMARC and then reconfigure it using the renewed certificate.

Steps

  1. From the Admin Console in the top-right section of your EasyDMARC dashboard, navigate to Single Sign-On (SSO) settings.

1 (1)

       2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Remove button located in the lower-right corner.
This will disable and remove the current SSO configuration associated with your identity provider.

2 (1)

3.Once the certificate has been renewed in Azure, reconfigure the SSO integration by following the Azure SSO setup guide and reconnect the EasyDMARC application.

Important:

If you do not have access to the account or are unable to remove the current SSO configuration, please contact our support team at support@easydmarc.com, and we will assist you with resolving the issue.
