Can I Keep My Existing DKIM Records in DNS After Enabling Managed DKIM?

Yes — keeping your existing DKIM records (whether TXT or CNAME) in your DNS zone after enabling Managed DKIM is entirely optional. Keep in mind that only the selectors available in Managed DKIM after its activation will be valid signing ones.

Removing them or leaving them in place will not affect the delivery of your outgoing emails or the validity of their DKIM signatures.

Important:

Before activating the Managed DKIM solution, ensure that all existing DKIM records (TXT or CNAME) that you have in your DNS zone are correctly added to the Managed DKIM dashboard. This helps avoid potential issues after the solution is enabled.
